MY REWARDS
Enjoy club rewards and earn points on every transaction as our way of saying thanks. Here’s how it works:
Status levels: we have six status levels for you to progress through. Determined by the number of MY STATUS CREDITS you’ve earned in the past six months. My Status credits build up each month as you use your membership cards and expire after six months.
Moving up a level: you move up a level when your status points balance meets the next level requirements.
Checking credits: check your balance by swiping your membership card in the kiosk, the cashier or at reception.
Earning points: you earn MY STATUS CREDITS AND MY REWARDS POINTS by spending money at the club or playing the pokies.
Turning MY REWARDS POINTS into rewards: treat your MY REWARDS POINTS like cash – redeemable at the club. Pay for food and drinks with points, with each point worth 1c (eg 100 points is worth $1). At our member’s kiosk you can purchase items or redeem points for cash (minimum 500 points equivalent to $5 cash).
